The event features more than 50 spooky themed craft vendors along with seasonal food and drink, Olivia’s pumpkin patch, a 10 foot skeleton named Benny, a 15 foot inflatable pumpkin, Halloween decor brought to life, photo backdrops, and trick or treating. In partnership with Soul Takers Acres, guests can experience a live action, lights on walk through of the fairgrounds haunted house for a $5 fee. Early arrivals receive perks, with Halloween tote bags for the first 100 adults and treat bags for the first 50 children in line. Admission is free, the atmosphere is family friendly, and parking is complimentary.

    Tiny Musicians at Sweetwater welcomes children ages 0 to 3 with a parent or guardian for an hour of guided musical play. Sessions blend singalongs and classic rhymes with beat-keeping, movement activities, and easy-to-play instruments, creating plenty of playful exploration in a supportive structure that encourages learning, family bonding, and friendly connections. Enrollment is $60 and covers four classes. Early music experiences like these can bolster listening and fine motor abilities, strengthen communication and nonverbal reasoning, nurture social growth, build a foundation for lifelong learning, and deepen emotional bonds. Instruction is led by Esther Coplin, a flute performance graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University whose background includes performing in Austria with the Wind Youth Orchestra Project, participating in the Domaine Forgét summer program in Montreal, and touring with wind ensembles across the United States, including a Carnegie Hall appearance with the IPFW Wind Ensemble. If a class is missed, the Academy team should be notified. Makeup sessions are not guaranteed, though options may be explored.
