Outside cookers and smokers are not permitted, drone use requires approval from show management, and attendees are responsible for their own coolers and trash. Registration fees are nonrefundable. The event supports a nonprofit 501(c)(3) dedicated to helping kids have a better life and raising funds for children and veterans.

Pull a Plane for Education 2026 invites teams to tackle a high-energy fundraising challenge with B-29 Doc and the WSU Tech Foundation. Groups of 25 will race the clock to haul Doc, the fully restored B-29 weighing 80,000 pounds, down the ramp using strength, strategy, and teamwork. The highest individual fundraiser earns a rare flight aboard Doc. This family friendly event is open to the public, and spectators are welcome to watch, cheer, and take in the excitement. General admission is $10 per person or $25 per family of up to six, which includes entry to the competition, access to the B-29 Doc Hangar, Education and Visitors Center, hands-on STEM activities, and cockpit tours of Doc. Team registration is open, offering a memorable challenge that brings people together while supporting education in the community.
