This weekend in Winfield, KS

Celebrating 36 years in 2026, Opening Day gathers growers, producers, and artisans for a vibrant market experience. Browse a wide range of local goods including produce, meats, eggs, honey, baked items, jellies, barbecue sauces, salsas, and fresh cut flowers, along with one of a kind artisan creations. Live music and food trucks add to the atmosphere, and Troubles the Clown makes an appearance at the largest farmer run market in Kansas.

For more than 30 years, this Wichita Saturday market has been a weekly hub for growers, makers, artists, musicians, and the community. Stroll to meet the producers and creators, sample artisan foods, and shop fresh farm produce, meats, handmade goods, and local art. Enjoy ready-to-eat foods, fresh drinks, live music, and street entertainment while discovering something new each week. With about 100 vendors on average, variety is always on display. Admission is free and the market is dog friendly. As the year moves toward winter, the market shifts into a festive Holiday Market season with seasonal foods, unique handmade gifts, and celebratory vendors.
