Meetings are facilitated by licensed counselors and take place at the Hosparus Health Grief Counseling Center in Louisville. The group meets twice a month. There is no cost to attend, and pre-registration is required before the first session.

91.9 WFPK Independent Louisville and Waterfront Park present the 24th season of WFPK Waterfront Wednesday, a free concert featuring Houseplant, DOOM GONG, and the LPM Young Artist Showcase winner Jahmai Evans. Save A Life Day is a community effort focused on overdose prevention, substance use awareness, recovery support, and access to no cost naloxone. County organizers coordinate volunteer powered distribution at key locations so anyone can pick up naloxone. This edition aims to include every state in the first fully national day dedicated to free naloxone. In the previous year, volunteers placed 2,164 doses into the community in a single day. The Parklands Walking Club meets nearly twice a month with both morning and evening outings, exploring different trails across The Parklands at a gentle pace that encourages conversation.
