91.9 WFPK Independent Louisville and Waterfront Park present the 24th season of WFPK Waterfront Wednesday, a free concert featuring Houseplant, DOOM GONG, and the LPM Young Artist Showcase winner Jahmai Evans. The series is produced in partnership by Louisville Public Media and Waterfront Park, and proceeds support both organizations. The route tackles the Iroquois hill climb and features fast sprints at 2nd and Breckinridge and on Vine Street before rolling back to Seidenfaden’s. New cyclists are pointed toward an earlier ride from the same location that also returns to Seidenfaden’s, where bikes are kept inside. For the evening, Seidenfaden’s takes on a biker bar vibe with a wide selection of craft beers.

Save A Life Day is a community effort focused on overdose prevention, substance use awareness, recovery support, and access to no cost naloxone. County organizers coordinate volunteer powered distribution at key locations so anyone can pick up naloxone. This edition aims to include every state in the first fully national day dedicated to free naloxone. In the previous year, volunteers placed 2,164 doses into the community in a single day.
