Tea in Wonderland offers a whimsical evening hosted by Beyond Uganda, with a Wonderland theme and a welcoming setting at Blooms N' Gardens. Guests can enjoy finger foods, appetizers, and refreshments centered around tea while browsing a marketplace filled with vendors and handcrafted items available for purchase. This gathering also serves as a fundraiser to help build two Forever Homes for families in Uganda, supporting safe, stable housing where children and caregivers can thrive for generations. This free recovery workshop at Heartland Church welcomes anyone from the public who is seeking support. Participants explore practical tools, take part in meaningful conversations, and receive spiritual encouragement to navigate the hurts, habits, and hang-ups that can arise in everyday life. A potluck dinner kicks things off so there is time to connect before the program. The gathering takes place on the second floor. Enter through door 21, then use the stairs immediately to the right or the elevator located in the next hall to the right. Either option leads to the meeting room. These workshops are offered monthly, except in July, November, and December.
