    Breathe & Bloom: Meditation Journey

Dreki Soul, 40 Maine Ave, Easthampton · verified Aug 23
    See details

Breathe & Bloom offers a facilitated blend of breathwork and meditation that invites participants to clear stuck energy, reconnect with inner guidance, and open to personal growth. The experience begins with conscious breathing techniques to activate the body’s innate ability to let go, renew, and expand. Soft in approach yet impactful, the practice helps calm the mind, steady the nervous system, and make room for fresh possibilities. After breathwork, the session shifts into a restorative meditation that uses guided imagery, grounding practices, and affirming statements to plant intentions, tending the inner landscape like a garden so it can blossom in its own time. This class supports stress relief and emotional steadiness, greater clarity and focus, deeper connection to self and spiritual growth, and offers a quiet space to rest, recharge, and reset. It is led by Nicole Keegan, owner of Dreki Soul and an Embodiment Healing Practitioner. Her path moved from carrying trauma and frequent triggers to embodying devoted feminine healing. She is a Thai Yoga Practitioner, Reiki Master, Somatic Yoga and Breathwork Facilitator, and an ordained High Priestess. Yoga became her bridge between mind, body, and soul, nurturing mindfulness and compassion and shaping a daily practice of presence. As that connection deepened, meditation became more accessible and ritual entered her life to support growth and healing. This session takes place at Dreki Soul.
