The 2026 APDA Optimism Walk for Parkinson’s on Cape Cod brings people together as part of APDA’s nationwide Optimism Walk movement to support everyone affected by Parkinson’s disease. Funds raised through the Cape Cod, Massachusetts walk stay in the local community to expand programs and services for people living with Parkinson’s, and also advance research aimed at better treatments and, ultimately, a cure.
