The Caribbean Street Market and Community Growth Consultant, Inc. present their fifth annual back to school pop-up shop, a community gathering designed to support families as a new school year begins. More than 300 backpacks filled with supplies will be distributed to local kids. Each child must be registered, and distribution is first come, first served. Families can enjoy free grilled food, a bounce house, jumbo outdoor games, and a kids activity table with bracelet making, painting, and other crafts. Shoppers can browse local vendors offering food, desserts, clothing, slushies, crafts, and more. Admission for shoppers is free, free street parking is available, and restrooms are on site for both vendors and attendees. Community Growth Consultant, Inc. will also provide one free bag of groceries per family. School supply donations are welcome to help support the giveaway.
