Kids can dive into hands-on creativity with a holiday or seasonal craft project designed for all ages. The focus is on making art, sharing laughs, and creating memories in a family-friendly setting. All supplies are provided, so participants only need to bring their imagination. It is free, while supplies last, and is held in the Food Court.

Enjoy a gentle qigong practice designed to build balance and strength through a 36-step sequence that is revisited and refined week by week. Sessions focus on slow, flowing, standing movements paired with mindful breathing and engagement of stabilizer muscles to increase flexibility and resilience while encouraging healthy Qi flow for renewal and vitality. Expect to feel results within a week, notice visible progress in two, and move with greater confidence by the end of a month. Each class lasts about an hour, and the first session is complimentary. Please RSVP in advance for each session to reserve a spot. Bring a yoga mat and water, and wear comfortable, loose exercise clothing.

The Brockton Farmers Market features Cabral Family Farm offering a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables along with cage-free unwashed eggs. A trunk and treat themed car show returns to East Middleboro 4-H, now in its second year. Hosted by South Shore Stance Co. in collaboration with East Middleboro 4-H, this family friendly gathering supports the East Middleboro 4-H Community and its youth groups through proceeds and donations. Show car entry is $10 per vehicle at the gate, while spectators attend at no cost and contributions are appreciated. Highlights include a Haunted 4-H clubhouse, a petting zoo with animals, show awards, and a variety of food and drinks. All makes and models are welcome to participate in the show and trunk n treat. Costumes are encouraged, with a reminder to keep them appropriate for families.

The Salvation Army of Plymouth distributes takeout-style community dinners from its parking lot. There is no charge for a meal and everyone is welcome.
