Cub Together Weekends at Camp Norse offer an easygoing family camping experience for Cub Scouts with their families or entire Packs. Spend the weekend your way as you try boating, archery, crafts, fishing, and outdoor games, with camp staff on hand to keep everything safe and running smoothly. Hot meals are provided, and lodging options include cozy cabins or teepees, plus a classic campfire that brings everyone together. This edition features the Splash & Paddle theme, adding extra water fun alongside the many camp activities. It suits first-time campers and seasoned pros alike, with plenty open throughout the weekend so you can set your own pace. Pack bedding and be ready for adventure. All adults staying overnight must be currently registered adult volunteers or adult program participants.

ECW and WWE legend and TNA Hall of Famer “The Man Beast” Rhino appears at TrainReck Tacos in Kingston, Massachusetts for a meet and greet. Attendees can get autographs and take photos with Rhino. The appearance is part of the GORE TOUR in collaboration with Ink Tank and TrainReck Tacos.

Take part in an official Pokémon Trading Card Game tournament in the Standard format at Round Table Games. Participants step into the role of trainers, send Pokémon into play, and use attacks to overcome their opponents. Entry is $5. Every player receives a prize pack while supplies last and earns 10 RTG Reward points for each round played, with Knights receiving double stamps. Additional RTG Reward Points are awarded based on final placement, starting at 10 points for last place, 20 for second to last, 30 for the next spot up, and continuing upward. The winner receives 100 RTG Reward points on top of the regular awards.

Part of the MIY Summer Sessions, this tween and teen craft camp welcomes rising 7th through 9th graders to explore fiber and textile art. The three-day-per-week format blends creative making with relaxed social time, keeping participants engaged without feeling overbooked. This session dives into hands-on techniques such as needle felting with natural wool to craft cute critters and reusing fabric and textiles to create rugs, offering a fun and sustainable approach to art. Participants should bring a nut-free snack, a water bottle, and a nut-free lunch. The session fee is $190 for a single attendee, or $180 per attendee when registering two or more.

Designed for ages 4 to 6, this six week series at Plympton Public Library invites young children to explore movement and mindfulness with Ms. Kate. Each session begins with a themed craft, then shifts into about 45 minutes of gentle stretching, breathing, and simple calming techniques children can carry into daily life. Weekly themes range from animals to seasons, keeping each class fresh and engaging. Ms. Kate brings 20 years of yoga teaching experience and an understanding of how young children learn, play, and thrive, creating a welcoming environment that meets kids where they are and builds skills for grounding and self-regulation. Space is limited.

An action-filled ninja camp designed to get kids moving through creative challenges. Families can choose between All Ages sessions for 6 to 13 year olds and JR sessions tailored to ages 5 to 9. Daily programming blends games, ninja challenges, obstacle training, climbing, team-building, and guided open gym to keep participants active and engaged. Experienced staff provide a supportive, safety-focused setting where campers build confidence and make new friends. Activities may include Floor Is Lava, head-to-head ninja matchups, solo course runs, tug of war, balance line tic-tac-toe, four square, and more. Early bird pricing is available.

This six-week kids ninja course league keeps young athletes active and engaged through a rotating set of weekly course layouts and challenge formats. Each session introduces new skills to try, with standings updated on a leaderboard so participants can follow their progress across the season. The atmosphere blends friendly competition with meaningful skill development, and all participants receive event swag. Prizes await the top point earners at the conclusion of the league. Two waves are available for ages 6 to 10 and 11 to 14, with space limited to 12 participants per wave. Registration is $25 per competition or $125 for the full six-event package.

Food Truck Thursday in Kingston adds a second Thursday location for the summer at Hilltop Athletic Association. The experience features live music, a full bar, covered seating, and a lineup of favorite food trucks. This edition includes Ellie’s Treats, Thyme Traveling, Lou’s Bah-Bah-Q, Loco Larry’s Tacos, Moyzilla, and Kogi On The Gogi. The setting is dog friendly and welcomes the whole family.
