She will touch on language acquisition theories and highlight more recent findings about the wide ranging benefits of multilingualism for people of different ages. Their debut LP, Foggy Mountain Mental Breakdown, arrived on Righteous Babe Records with songs gathered during a time of growing pains, tracing breakups, friendships left behind, necessary change, and self discovery. The title tips its hat to the Flatt & Scruggs classic while the sound honors traditional folk roots and channels energy from a local punk and DIY scene. Grace Givertz, a Florida born, Boston based artist, brings indie folk crafted with memorable melodies and candid storytelling.
