A weeklong camp focused on martial arts, play, and community invites kids to get moving and have fun. Beginners are welcome, and no previous experience is needed. Participants spend time with friends, build confidence, and learn foundational martial arts skills while enjoying lots of games and team-based activities. The atmosphere is encouraging and supportive so every child can stay active and feel successful.

Matt Heaton leads a lively singalong for children at the West Branch, with guitar tunes that encourage laughing, dancing, and singing together. Now in its fifteenth year, this back-to-school celebration at TD Garden helps families get ready for the new academic year with backpacks, school supplies, winter coats, and other helpful items for students. Last year, 3,500 Boston-area families took part through a partnership among TD Garden, The Salvation Army Massachusetts Division, and the City of Boston, and the goal is to provide similar support again. Over the past decade, TD Garden in the Community has donated more than 56,000 backpacks to the Greater Boston community. Registration is required, and sponsorship and volunteer opportunities are available.

Bilingual Rhythm Time offers a joyful bilingual experience for babies and toddlers at Chinese Culture Connection. Through music, stories, and play, little ones enjoy catchy songs that introduce Chinese, listen to simple stories, and learn basic words by singing and playing. The session also gently explores Chinese culture in an age-appropriate way, encouraging movement, curiosity, and early language learning in a welcoming setting.

Enjoy a hands-on dumpling making party in Cambridge, MA for ages 8 and up. Over 2.5 hours, participants learn how to roll and fold dough, properly fill dumplings with different fillings, shape them in several styles, and cook them, all in a relaxed setting that feels more like a celebration than a traditional class. The experience welcomes all skill levels and suits friends, families, and small groups. Capacity is up to 16 people to keep the instruction personal.
