A carefully selected group of artisans and specialty food makers creates a welcoming marketplace focused on quality, originality, and community. Explore work from around 55 juried makers, featuring fine jewelry, leather pieces, woodwork, fiber art, home décor, wearable designs, gifts, and more, along with gourmet snacks and specialty treats to enjoy while browsing. In the charming setting of Chatham, visitors can discover one-of-a-kind handmade pieces in a more intimate craft festival setting. Practical details include free admission, a rain-or-shine schedule, and a pet-friendly policy for well-behaved, leashed dogs. Free on-site parking is offered at the Community Center, with additional public parking available throughout downtown.

This roundtrip rail tour offers an up-close look at the Cape’s natural scenery, traveling past woodlands, sand dunes, cranberry bogs, salt marshes, and the Cape Cod Canal. Throughout the ride, lively onboard narration shares facts and colorful Cape stories, keeping passengers informed and entertained from start to finish. The route provides a behind-the-scenes perspective on the region’s landscapes for a memorable journey through nature.

Freebird Patio Sessions brings a brand-new live music residency to Freebird Motor Lodge as part of the Summer Sessions on 28 series. Shaped by the lodge’s retro-inspired, rock and roll energy, each event offers curated performances that connect locals, travelers, artists, and the broader Cape Cod creative community. All concerts are free and take place on select Fridays and Saturdays throughout the season, creating an easygoing soundtrack for poolside lounging, cocktails, outdoor gathering, and discovery at a distinctive boutique hospitality destination. Inspired by vintage Americana and a rebel spirit, the programming blends singer-songwriters, indie artists, DJs, soul-infused performers, and eclectic regional talent for a relaxed yet intentional listening experience. In collaboration with Reverie Brands, Cape Symphony Presents supports destination-driven arts programming that strengthens connections between visitors and residents, alongside sister offerings like The Uncommoner Hotel and Gypsy Sol Sessions under the Summer Sessions on 28 umbrella. Riders traverse eight Cape Cod towns in a charitable ride benefiting 20 Cape Cod nonprofits. Options include routes of 15, 34, 60, or 101 miles, with food and fun along the way. Participants can register individually or form a team, and discounted registration is available. Sponsorship opportunities are offered, with added co-marketing for early commitments.

At USCG Station Cape Cod in Sandwich Marina, participants choose their own pace and route. Cyclists have 14, 20, or 50 mile options, and walkers and runners can take on 5k or 10k distances. This is not timed and it is not a race, creating a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of sunshine and great views. After the effort, enjoy lobster rolls or burgers along with yoga, beach ball volleyball, games, prizes and more. Real bathrooms are available. It all supports an amazing cause, you will be home in time for the big game, and a free gift is available for early birds.

This Level One Reiki class welcomes caregivers of every kind as well as bodywork and counseling professionals who support family, friends or clients. Drawing on Sheree’s Reiki and energy medicine experience with people facing serious illness and with families under strain, it addresses the burnout that can arise when caring for others without tending to your own well-being. The focus is on using Reiki to maintain your health and balance while offering comfort, stress relief and relaxation to those navigating physical, emotional or medical challenges. Participants are introduced to the roots of Reiki, core hand positions and self-treatment, then both give and receive a full Reiki session. Through the First Degree attunement, you leave able to channel Reiki energy, aligned to support healing for yourself and for others, including people, animals and plants. A manual and a certificate are provided. Advance registration is required. All sales are final, and registrations are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

The Cape Symphony Youth Chorus offers a high-caliber ensemble experience for singers ages 12–20 who want to grow in vocal technique, musicianship, collaboration, and confidence. As part of the Conservatory’s youth education programs, the chorus welcomes both new and returning members through seasonal Vocal Placements. Participation is required each season, and participants should complete the form linked in this event. During a brief one-on-one placement, singers share a short prepared song, such as a simple folk tune, and complete pitch-matching, range checks, and basic rhythm or sight-singing. Placements happen on select occasions throughout the year, with individual times shared in advance of the placement you choose. Mid-season placements can be arranged individually, and students who are accepted mid-year may be invited to begin in the spring semester. Additional opportunities are also offered for those interested in starting with the second concert cycle. If scheduled sessions are not workable, an alternate time can be arranged.
