The supportive, interactive format emphasizes useful tools and take-home strategies that encourage positive lifestyle changes that can stick. This program meets in room M-15.

Links & Lions August 4th

Detroit Lions Ladies Night returns as Knock on Wood and R & R Permanent Jewelry team up again for a spirited evening dedicated to fans and friends. Paint a Lions inspired project of your choice, get linked with custom permanent jewelry, and enjoy a social setting filled with laughs, drinks, and team pride. With the season around the corner, it is a fun way to mix creative time with a little sparkle and camaraderie. A $10 deposit is required to reserve a seat, and space is limited.

Weekly Ride

This weekly group ride adds a food-focused twist. Participants place a food order before setting off, then head out together for approximately 12 to 15 miles at a pace around 10 to 12 mph. Plan a moment before departure to submit an order and be prepared for a steady spin within the stated distance and speed.

Auto Tech Alumni Gorilla Gathering: Detroit Area

Auto Tech alumni in the Detroit area can connect with Pittsburg State faculty and staff at a Gorilla Gathering hosted at Downey Brewing Company. This casual meetup offers food and drinks and time to network with fellow Auto Tech Gorillas. Special guests include Madisyn Hite, Director of Development for the Crossland College of Technology, Randy Jones, Associate Professor of Automotive Technology, and Scott Norman, Professor of Automotive Technology. The cost is $10 per person and includes a pizza buffet, and a cash bar will be available. Advance registration is required.
