Geared to ages 6 to 12, this kid-friendly gathering offers games, a hands-on craft or activity, and creative time building with favorite bricks.

Young explorers can dive into a relaxed sensory play session with lots of loose parts to tinker with and transform. Children are encouraged to imagine and create, turning everyday pieces into their own pretend toys. This experience is geared toward ages 2 to 5. A caregiver must remain with each child and supervise throughout the activity, and please be aware that some materials may include small pieces.

This seventh annual fly-in and camp out at Brighton Airport (45G) features flight-focused activities, live musical performances, and other highlights. A full schedule and additional information are available on the event website.

The event features a bonfire and open gym with a basketball free throw competition open to all ages. Both hoops on the full court will be in use so there is plenty of space. The soccer field, volleyball court, and gaga pit will be open, and three sets of cornhole boards will be set up near the pavilion. A fleet of bicycles will be available for rides around the 10 acres, including mountain bikes in a range of sizes for all age groups. Please bring your own drinks, finger food snacks to share, and lawn chairs. The entire facility, including the church, pavilion, and gym, is accessible, with accessible restrooms in both the gym and church buildings.

The Meridian Township Farmers' Market runs throughout the year and features vendors offering fresh ingredients, specialty foods, and artisan crafts, with most items grown or made locally within the state. EBT and SNAP cards are accepted. Attendees can enjoy music, connect with the community, and support local businesses. Hosted by Byron Fireworks Friends, this community car and tractor showcase marks the 21st year for cars and the second for tractors. Participants can register in advance or on arrival, with a $15 fee for pre-registration and $20 for same-day sign up. The first 50 registrants receive dash plaques, and more than 20 trophies will be awarded. Event shirts celebrating America’s 250th and the Byron Fireworks Car and Tractor Show are available to pre-order with pre-registration. Families can enjoy music, food, kids games, and a children’s barrel tractor ride sponsored by Hudson Mills Old Power Club. Awards will be presented as part of the festivities.

Returning to the Fowlerville Family Fair and Fowlerville Agricultural Society, this twenty-fifth year celebration features spooky entertainment with a costume contest, a pinebox derby, and a bustling marketplace of vendors indoors and outdoors. Surprises are planned throughout to mark the milestone year. Spectator admission is $2. Participating hearse drivers and their passengers are admitted at no cost, and children 16 and under enter free. Vendor registration forms will be posted as they are completed, with updates shared regularly.
