At the Dow Event Center, Brit Floyd presents a large-scale tribute to Pink Floyd that pairs detailed musicianship with an immersive display of lights, lasers, and video. The performance spans well known songs and deep tracks, echoing the sound, feeling, and visual sweep of the original concerts. This tour includes a complete rendition of The Dark Side of the Moon with songs like Time and Money, plus selections from The Wall such as Hey You, Comfortably Numb, and Another Brick in the Wall, Part 2. The set also reaches into other eras, from Wish You Were Here to The Division Bell. A VIP experience is available that adds a meet and greet and soundcheck visit, a tour pass and lanyard, time to browse merchandise, a private soundcheck with two additional Pink Floyd songs not in the main show, and chances to speak with the band, get items signed, and take photos. An eight-week yoga series centers on breath, core, and pelvic floor care for people of all body types who want to improve breathing, movement quality, and overall core function. Participants practice techniques that support pressure management in the core, build abdominal strength, release unnecessary tension and gripping, calm the nervous system, understand functional pelvic floor health, and improve hip mobility that supports pelvic floor balance. The approach is gentle and mindful, with benefits that can support those experiencing hip or back discomfort, anyone building or rebuilding strength in these areas including post‑partum, and people addressing pelvic floor concerns. This class is not medical care, so please consult your healthcare providers about yoga as needed. Sessions combine functional mobility work, calming Body by Breath methods, targeted self-massage using the YTU Coregeous ball and other therapy balls, and core strengthening informed by breath-focused Forrest Yoga and Yoga Tune Up principles. Each week builds on the last, moving from foundational breathing and core alignment to pelvic awareness and mobility with guest co-teacher Sierra Miller, OTRL of Pelvic Wellness, then into core strength essentials, hip mobility and strength to support the pelvic floor, oblique and lateral movement, a planned break week, hip hinge mechanics with foot connection, rotational core work, and a final bonus topic with a series review. This work complements other fitness or movement routines and aims to foster more confident body awareness, steadier breathing and movement habits, a core that is both resilient and adaptable, and a greater sense of calm. Led by Sarah Nelson. Each class runs 60 minutes and meets in person at Midland Yoga Collective. For single-class attendance, a prerequisite applies. The 5th Annual BWell Race Series, presented by the BWell Saginaw Partner Coalition with Dig Deep Race Events, brings a community celebration of health and movement to the Saginaw YMCA. Participants can choose a 10K run, a 5K run or walk, or the 3K Turtles & Hares untimed fun run or walk. The 10K and 5K are professionally timed and USATF sanctioned. Entrants in these distances receive a commemorative BWell medal at the finish, the option to add a shirt during registration, awards for the top three male and female finishers, complimentary race photos to download, and access to all Turtles & Hares features. Adoption Option Inc. presents a free community gathering that celebrates connections across Midland as part of Neighboring Week. Families can browse booths from area vendors and businesses, enjoy baked treats with seasonal flavors, sip cider and other refreshments, and choose from a variety of food trucks. Children can bounce and play with family activities, and caregivers can access child car seat safety checks. Community organizations will share helpful resources, with additional activities planned. Attendance is free and open to all.

Experience the glow of the full moon on a naturalist-led evening hike. An Interpretive Naturalist will share how the tradition of naming the moons began and what sets each month apart. The route covers roughly one to two miles over uneven ground in low light, so dress in dark clothing and bring a flashlight. Participants will meet at the Visitor Center. Admission is free. Recommended for ages 9 and older, and anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

A two-part, in-person Reiki training, open to anyone, covers both an introductory level and the practitioner level. Reiki I explores the background of the practice, core hand placements, and ways to sense energy. Participants learn to offer sessions to themselves and to others, and receive an attunement that enables ongoing self-care and sharing Reiki after class. Reiki II builds on this foundation with distance healing and the use of Reiki symbols. The practice is considered safe and noninvasive, and many people report benefits such as support for meditation, immune balance, recovery after surgery, and easing anxiety, pain, and depression.
