The instructor is not a medical provider and participants are encouraged to consult their healthcare team as appropriate. Expect a blended approach that combines functional mobility, Body by Breath methods, self-myofascial massage with therapy balls such as the YTU Coregeous ball, and breath-integrated Forrest Yoga and Yoga Tune Up core strengthening. Weekly themes build progressively, covering foundations of breath and core alignment, pelvic awareness and mobility with a special session co-taught by pelvic floor therapist Sierra Miller, core strength essentials, hip mobility and strength to support the pelvic floor, obliques and lateral movement, the hip hinge and foot connection, rotational core training, and a closing review with a bonus topic. Each class runs 60 minutes and is offered in person only. Registration options include the full series or single-class participation. A prerequisite is required for drop-ins and can be met by having previously completed the series or by viewing a preparatory video in advance. Pre-registration is required. Pricing is $14 for a single class, $112 for all eight weeks, or use a class pass of 10 classes for $120 or 5 classes for $65.
