Running with Horses is a nine month equine-guided journey that invites a small group to slow down, reconnect, and explore a deeper relationship with self through the presence of horses. Across monthly sessions, participants engage in horse facilitated experiences alongside reflection, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and community support to deepen self understanding and notice the patterns that influence daily life. No prior horse experience is needed, only curiosity, openness, and a willingness to show up.
