Celebrate the midyear with a Pokemon Trading Card Game event featuring competitive play. The format begins with best-of-one Swiss rounds based on attendance, then moves to a best-of-three Top Cut. Entry is $10. Each participant receives one prize pack and a booster from the latest set with entry, with additional prizes for those who make Top Cut. There is also a chance to take home a special Z-A Starters playmat. Decklists will be collected before the event begins and must be fully completed and turned in to the Judge prior to the start. Any decklists requested or submitted after the submission deadline will result in a Round 1 loss.

Roll dice and explore strategy at a Games Workshop open play day centered on Warhammer. New players and experienced commanders are welcome for casual tabletop battles. Four play tables will be available, along with a Battle Day Deal. Two Battle Guardians will be on site to teach the rules, help build an army, or walk through a first game. If tables are full, spectators can still watch games in progress. Admission is free, and participants can bring miniatures and friends for a friendly day of gaming.

Ambassador Sunday at Show Me Reptile Shop offers a laid back opportunity to spend time with the shop’s ambassador animals. Ninja Summer Camp presents a carnival-themed week filled with games and crafts inspired by the theme, with popcorn offered throughout the week. Themed activities are included for both half-day and full-day participants. The camp is open to ages 5 to 13, and 4-year-olds may request approval. Campers can choose half-day or full-day schedules and attend for a single day or the entire week. Rates are $50 for one half day, $90 for one full day, $195 for a full week of half days, and $345 for a full week of full days. Sibling discounts are available. After-care is offered daily at $10 per hour.

You’ll go over the main parts of Medicare (A, B, and D), as well as Medicare Supplemental and Medicare Advantage plans. The session is taught in clear, easy-to-understand language by Missouri SHIP, a free and confidential resource that provides unbiased Medicare assistance.

The social run series has returned to Fleet Feet St. Charles, bringing the local running community together for fitness and camaraderie. Participants at any pace can choose routes of roughly 3 or 5 miles that wind through nearby neighborhoods. Select dates also feature vendors on site and product demonstrations. The setting is friendly and low pressure, offering an easy way to connect with fellow runners while getting in some miles.

On select Thursdays, a 5K sets out from Good News Brewing Company in Wildwood. Choose your pace by running, walking, jogging, racing, or rucking along Route 66, then follow course arrows to the Wildwood Greenway and back to complete the distance. Finishers receive instant chip timed results and a complimentary beer. Pizza and additional beers are available for purchase from the brewery. Free downloadable photos are provided at each outing. Those who register for three or more dates within the seven race series earn a commemorative medal, and registration can be made one event at a time.
