    Riftbound Vendetta Summoner Skirmish 2

    The Pack Rack, 200 W 1st St, Farmington · verified Sep 6
    See details

The Pack Rack hosts the second round of Summoner Skirmish opportunities, a paid premium tournament with a $15 entry fee and a 110 percent store credit payout for the Top Cut. Participants are expected to register through Riftbound or Riot Games so that promos and prize payouts can be issued. Riftbound: Summoner Skirmish is a premier competitive local event for the Riftbound Trading Card Game, previously the League of Legends TCG developed by UVS Games. Designed to connect local play with higher-level competition, it offers meaningful stakes, exclusive rewards, and a path toward larger events. These tournaments are held roughly twice per card set, use a 1v1 Constructed best-of-three format, and require players to bring a main deck, legend champion, rune deck, and sideboard. The day uses Swiss rounds followed by a Top Cut playoff, with matches typically running about 50 minutes. Prizes often include participation promo cards while supplies last, special Top 8 promos, and for the champion an exclusive playmat along with a first-round bye at upcoming Regional Qualifiers. The environment is known for being highly competitive with stricter rules enforcement, yet the community is welcoming and a solid place to connect with other dedicated players. To prepare, arrive with a legal, fully built deck and a completed deck list. Plan for a full tournament day by bringing snacks and water, and practice playing at a steady pace to avoid slow play issues in timed rounds.

The Pack Rack's Graveyard Smash SPOOKTACULAR!

    200 W 1st St, Farmington · verified Sep 6
    See details

The Pack Rack hosts a Halloween edition of Open Trade Day filled with trading, games, prizes, and sweet surprises. Festivities include the announcement of the Hallow-Evee-Ween 2026 Contest winners and a lively trading floor where fans can buy, sell, and trade Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Flesh and Blood, sports cards, and more. Table space is available for a small fee that includes a raffle ticket and a bag of candy, and wearing a costume earns extra raffle entries. Card battlers can jump into zombie-themed Pack Wars pods priced per person. Each player uses a single booster from the trading card game of their choice in a four-player pod, opens the pack without peeking, adds three basics such as lands or energy, starts at 10 life, and plays with only those contents. The pod winner takes every opened pack, and in paired play the winner takes both. A sports card twist is also available, where everyone uses the same kind of pack and a randomly called stat decides the victor, with the closest result without going over winning the pod or pairing. Every Pack Wars participant receives a raffle ticket, and costumes earn an extra one. A free, monster-themed Commander session invites players to use preconstructed Commander decks, with any play format allowed as long as the group agrees. Each participant begins with the same number of candy pieces, takes one from an opponent when that opponent is defeated, and the player with the most candy at the end earns a King of the Graveyard playmat. Promotions run all day. Buying a skull-marked single grants a complimentary Pack Wars entry. During Trick-or-Trade, completing a trade lets both traders draw from a candy dish, where green candy awards a free common or base card, orange provides a free bulk rare, prizm, or reverse holo valued at two dollars or less, and black means the drawer owes the other person a soda or snack from concessions. The Cursed Vault Raffle awards one ticket for every ten dollars spent in-store, with drawings for items such as MTG Collector Boosters, Pokémon Elite Trainer Boxes, FAB Armory Decks, and sports card hobby packs, blasters, and megas. Raffle winners are announced later in the day. Costumes are encouraged for extra fun, extra entries, and extra treats.
