This weekend in Farmington, MO

A Halloween celebration fills the St. Francois State Park campground with costumes, candy, and festive campsite displays. The campground amphitheater, located behind the shower house, hosts a photo booth that also serves as entry into the costume contest. Categories include ages 0 to 3, 4 to 7, 8 to 12, 13 and older, plus a Best Group Costume. Costumes should remain family-friendly. Winners will be announced, and prizes will be delivered to winning campsites or winners will be called. Trick-or-treating follows throughout the campground across the basic and electric camping loops. Campsites that choose to hand out candy receive a Halloween placard at registration to display, and campers supply their own treats. Registered campers can take part in a Halloween-themed campsite decorating contest. Sites are judged during trick-or-treating, and recognition for the best decorated campsites is presented afterward.

The Dungeon 2.0 celebrates 11 years with an appreciation day focused on fitness, food, and community. Admission is free, and workouts are complimentary and designed for all ability levels. The day features music, sponsor and vendor booths, a pull up challenge, and a bench press challenge. Friends and family are welcome, and the celebration serves as a thank you to the members and supporters who have helped shape this community over the past 11 years.
