Early weigh-ins are available at Patio 44 Restaurant next to the venue, and there is no clothing allowance. Officiating is handled by Sean Boom Hancock, Rance Clayton, Tim Bresnan, Mike Fontenot, and Clint Breland, with brackets managed by Brad Mann. Brewsky's offers a concert-style setting with lighting, lasers, a DJ, a full bar, and a full food menu.

    The 5th Annual Fuel to Fight Cancer brings the community together to expand access to treatment by easing the cost and logistics of getting to care. Created in 2022, the effort raises awareness and funds to help patients receiving treatment at the Forrest General Cancer Center with dependable transportation so appointments are not missed or delayed. All proceeds are dedicated to transportation assistance for those in need. What began as a 5K now offers options for a wide range of participants, including the original 5K, a 2-mile walk, and, in recognition of year five, a new 5-mile run. A free Kids Fun Run starts the morning in The Healing Garden, making it welcoming for families too. Registration includes race entry, bib, T-shirt, and refreshments, along with chip timing and live, virtual results. Age divisions include under 10, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and older. Awards for the 2-mile walk will be presented to the top five finishers overall. Packet pickup is available prior to the start. Donations to the Fuel to Fight fund are accepted by mail through the Forrest General Healthcare Foundation with “Fuel to Fight Fund” noted on the check, or online by selecting Fuel to Fight through the foundation.
