Lewis and Clark Brewing Company hosts an evening with Skyfoot, a Boston-based jamband quartet delivering two full sets of groove-forward originals and adventurous improvisation. Recognized with the 2019 New England Music Awards Best in State honor, the band crafts dynamic arcs that move from subtle textures to soaring peaks. Guitarist Tyler Arnott weaves lyrical leads with fingerpicked, banjo-inspired harmony work. Keyboardist Eric McEwen brings a rhythmic, percussive touch on piano and organ. Bassist James Taylor anchors the music with a steady, funk-driven low end, while drummer Aaron Morey guides the flow with nimble, expressive rhythms rooted in the jam-band tradition. Fans of Phish and the Grateful Dead may appreciate the spirit and sound. Skyfoot has released four studio albums, including Astronomy Man in 2020. This stop is part of the group’s fourth Montana tour since 2012, and it marks a hometown connection for McEwen, a Helena native.

Mother Loaded gathers a lively blend of food trucks, craft vendors, and homegrown music at the Mother Lode Theatre. Pick up a meal from multiple vendors, then settle in with a drink to enjoy sets by Montana artists including Chad Okrusch, Jordan Lane, and Lena Rich. Vendor hours may end early if food sells out.
