Part of the Summer Saturdays at Burlington City Park series, Positivity Rocks focuses on simple acts of creativity and kindness. Participants paint and personalize rocks with encouraging words or artwork, then place them around the park to brighten someone’s day. This is a free, family-friendly activity that gets everyone outdoors and creating together. Materials are available while supplies last.

Trail Kids hosts a family-friendly get-together at the Graham Regional Park Shelter with kids’ playtime, time to connect, and popsicles. No registration is required.

Bring the project you are working on and spend relaxed time with fellow crafters and makers. The atmosphere is laid back with no pressure, and there is no cost to take part. Feel free to invite a friend. Coffee, tea, and other beverages are available at the coffee bar to enjoy while you chat and create.

Now in its sixth year, this free community festival brings Alamance County together to celebrate Hispanic and Latino heritage with performances, flavors, and family fun. Enjoy live music and dance by groups representing many Latin American countries, along with a variety of food trucks. Families will find a Kids Zone with face painting, bounce houses, and hands-on arts and crafts. The festivities also include local vendors and community resource stations. Support comes from partners such as Alamance Arts, Alamance Community College, City of Graham Recreation and Parks, the Graham Police Department, and others.

Rescheduled for a full weekend on the mats, this Purler wrestling clinic is run by one of the top programs in the sport. Sessions take place at Southern Alamance High School - SAHS Patriots and focus on maximizing mat time. Early registration is encouraged to reserve a spot.

The gathering takes place upstairs in a space intended to be safe and supportive, with hosts who prioritize care and respect.
