The Week 3 class centers on postpartum yoga and mobility, exploring how the pelvis adapts during pregnancy and practical ways to protect the pelvic floor during recovery. Expect slow, yoga-inspired stretches and movements with clear guidance on what to focus on now and what to set aside, so you can continue practicing yoga to support mobility, nervous system regulation, and healing. Registration is free, and signing up in advance is required. Participants can attend any class at participating locations and do not need to complete all five sessions in the series.
