Each session responds to your needs in the moment, blending somatic practices, myofascial techniques, and intuitive touch to gently ease holding patterns and encourage balance. Horses and other farm animals may be nearby, offering a quiet sense of grounding and awareness. Any interaction with them is optional and guided by your comfort... if they come close it can be included, and if not the session remains just as supportive. The focus is on listening rather than fixing. Sessions are limited to Wednesdays and Fridays to maintain a spacious, supported pace. Because the experience follows the rhythm of the outdoors, plans may shift with the weather and adjustments are made to keep things comfortable.
