    Power of Eight Intention Group

Souly Holistic, 5540 McNeely Dr, Raleigh · verified Oct 9
    Free

This free in-person Power of Eight Intention Group offers a guided group practice inspired by Lynne McTaggart’s book The Power of Eight. Drawing on research that highlights how intention strengthens in a group and how focusing on others can create a mirror effect, the session follows the structure used in McTaggart’s groups and Masterclass teachings. Participants learn and apply the Power of Eight intention process, practice focused group intention, and explore the amplified effect of collective energy while building connection, awareness, and trust. Each gathering typically centers on two or three intentions contributed by members, with permission required when the focus is someone else. The person receiving support writes a clear intention and may refine it with help from the group. Everyone sits together for a 10-minute intention meditation, sometimes holding hands, then shares observations and experiences afterward. No prior experience is needed, only an open heart and focused presence. The session is facilitated by Karin Cross, who has completed Lynne McTaggart’s Intention Masterclass and Become a Better Healer and has years of practice in Power of Eight groups. Free and open to the public.
