This weekly open jam, presented by the Beaufort County Traditional Music Association, welcomes musicians and singers of any experience level for free, community-driven traditional music. No tickets or reservations are required. Bring an instrument, lend your voice, or simply enjoy the music in a relaxed historic theater setting while connecting with fellow music lovers.

Hosted by the Beaufort County Traditional Music Association, this open jam invites musicians and music enthusiasts of every experience level to share traditional tunes in a relaxed, community-centered setting. Admission is free, and no ticket or RSVP is required. Attendees may bring an instrument or lend their voice, or simply enjoy listening. The gathering takes place in a historic theater, offering a warm backdrop for easygoing collaboration and connection.

NC MedAssist’s Mobile Free Pharmacy will be on site at the Pitt County Health Department with no-cost, over-the-counter health essentials for individuals and families. Attendees can choose from items such as pain and allergy relief, cold and cough care, digestive support, vitamins, and options for children, all available free of charge. Organized with community partners, some stops may also include added services like free health screenings and vaccinations. Any North Carolina resident age 18 or older may participate, with no additional eligibility requirements. Walk-ins are welcome and no registration is needed. For a quicker visit, participants may place an online preorder in advance and pick it up at the event, and it is also possible to collect preordered items for someone who cannot attend. Tuesday Painters offers a welcoming, creative space at the Historical Turnage Theatre for artists working in any medium. It is free and open to all experience levels. Participants bring their own projects, work alongside a supportive community, and find opportunities to create, connect, and be inspired.

Free yoga sessions at the Greenville Beyond Blue Neighborhood Center are presented by the Raleigh-based nonprofit You Call This Yoga. Offerings include chair-supported classes with chairs provided and mat-focused classes where participants are encouraged to bring a mat, with a limited number available on site.
