Try a free orientation session at Level Up Skate Academy that introduces first-timers and returning riders to the basics while building confidence. Coaches support beginners so children feel safe and excited as they learn. Guests can sample skateboarding, scootering, or rollerblading, and the essentials to get started are provided. During the visit, you can find out about classes, camps, birthday party options, open sessions, and special programs. If you decide to continue, there is a discount when enrolling in a 3-week or 6-week program. All skill levels are welcome, and no prior experience is needed. Walk-ins are accepted, and online booking is available. The academy is located inside Freehold Raceway Mall.

Vel & Kelli perform as part of the Freehold Borough Arts Council’s summer concert series at the Downtown Freehold Gazebo. Admission is free through the generosity of sponsors and community donations to the FBAC, and tips for the musicians are appreciated. A limited number of seats will be available, and attendees are welcome to bring their own lawn chairs. An interactive, live hosted trivia competition takes over Dave & Buster’s in Freehold, NJ. It is free to play, and prizes are awarded to the top performers. Players use their phones to submit answers, follow real-time scoring, and watch the leaderboard shift throughout the game. Expect a competitive mix of questions covering pop culture, sports, history, science, and more, along with special photo and music rounds. Teams of up to six can collaborate and strategize as they aim for the number one spot, all in a lively, friendly atmosphere.
