At eZential Wellness Center, this in-person workshop introduces Sahaja Yoga meditation as a pathway to inner peace. Participants learn practical ways to settle the mind, support emotional balance, and connect with their inner self. The session includes guided meditation, techniques to ease stress, and simple practices for bringing mindfulness into everyday life. There will also be time for questions with experienced practitioners. It is suitable for both newcomers and experienced meditators. Comfortable clothing is recommended, and bringing a water bottle is helpful. A regular mindfulness routine can offer many benefits, and this program provides tools to begin or deepen that practice.

Now in its fourth year, the Somerstrong 5K/10K Run takes place at Dukes Island Park in Raritan, NJ and offers two distances to choose from. Participants can run either a 5K or a 10K in a park setting.

This benefit concert supports the music program at Bishop Janes' UMC and features soprano and contralto soloists as well as piano and organ solo performances. Suggested donation is $30 per person and $15 for students.
