A community support gathering for anyone providing human milk to their little one or ones. It welcomes those who are breastfeeding or chestfeeding, pumping, combination feeding, or supplementing, and babies are welcome to come along. The group is facilitated by certified lactation professionals.

Bridgewater presents Tiny Bubbles Clinic, a recurring series designed to build water confidence, sharpen technique, and emphasize safety. Led by an experienced instructor, each session nurtures future swimmers and celebrates the simple joy of blowing bubbles.

An in-person support and education circle for parents navigating the first year with a baby. Participants can ask questions, share stories, and meet friends. The gathering offers space to celebrate wins and exchange information, normalizes and validates experiences during the first year of parenting, fosters friendships that strengthen the parenting community, and helps build confidence in each person's own ability to parent. A perinatal professional moderates the group, and there is often time to hear advice from peers as well.

Multilingual reader Alison leads a weekly, free storytime in the yoga studio inside Biggest Little Baby. Kids of every age, together with their caregivers, build language and early literacy through movement, songs, interactive activities, and stories shared in English, Spanish, French, and ASL. The session is designed to nurture a lasting love for reading and language.

Nevada Field Day & Ag Expo brings a day of exploration and learning to the University of Nevada, Reno Experiment Station's Valley Road Field Lab. Enjoy food, pick up giveaways, and watch demonstrations presented by University experts that show how their work connects to everyday life. At Idlewild Park, NRAP’s sixth annual R5k Run/Walk and Recovery Celebration highlights community health and wellness, honors people in recovery, and aims to reduce stigma around addiction. The R5k invites participants to run or walk in tribute to someone affected by substance use, followed by a recovery celebration open to all community members. The post-race gathering is free to the public whether or not someone takes part in the R5k. The celebration features food and family activities, local guest speakers and advocates in recovery, and community organizations sharing information on local services and speaking on relevant topics. In recognition of National Recovery Month, the event underscores that substance use treatment and mental health services can empower individuals with mental and substance use disorders to live healthy, rewarding lives.
