    Set out on a sunset Erie Canal cruise aboard the Colonial Belle with live music by Bob Speigel and Rick Palumbo. The route begins in Fairport and travels eight miles to Pittsford, continues through Lock E32 as the captain explains how the lock works while the boat rises and descends about 25 feet, then returns the eight miles back to Fairport. The experience lasts three hours and pairs scenic views with a live soundtrack. An optional meal package is available and includes the cruise, entertainment, dinner, and the service charge, with sales tax on food applied separately. Dinner features Chicken Parmigiana, Pasta Marinara with a homemade meatball and sauce, salad, bread and butter, and a cookie. Vegetarian, gluten free, and other special dietary meals are available with advance notice. The optional dinner can be added up to the day before, or earlier if it sells out. Bagged snacks and a wide selection of non alcoholic and alcoholic beverages are available for purchase from the fully licensed bar on board, and both cash and credit cards are accepted. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Children ages three and under sail free but must be booked so they can be included in the US Coast Guard passenger count. Public cruises require a minimum number of passengers to operate. Please check in at the dock before boarding. Performer lineups may change due to unforeseen conflicts, with comparable substitutes when possible or a refund of any price difference if a last minute cancellation changes the type of cruise.
