This annual Take a Breath for Life 5K welcomes runners and walkers and also includes a half-mile kids fun run. The event raises vital funds and awareness for lung cancer, the leading cause of cancer death for men and women in the United States. After the finish, a free fundraiser open to all features more than 100 raffle baskets, live music, food, and other highlights.

Hosted by the Rural Outreach Center and Western New York Independent Living Peer Recovery, this no-cost community support session is for people whose lives are touched by substance use disorder.
