A free acrylic painting workshop takes place after library hours, led by local artist Basil Bakhshi. The workshop welcomes all ages and experience levels. Pizza is provided, and participants may bring a drink or snack to share. This program is funded by the Nelson B. Delavan Foundation, part B.

The Ende Brothers return to the LBC for a live performance featuring acoustic covers highlighted by rich vocal harmonies and skillful guitar work. Over years of playing together, they have built an international following on YouTube with more than half a million views, performed in over 25 states, and were featured on the Vans Warped Tour in 2015. There is no cover charge or reservations, and seating is first come, first served.

Nate Michaels returns to Reinvention Brewing Company for an evening of live music complemented by craft beers brewed in the Finger Lakes. The brewery’s cozy, small-town setting provides a relaxed backdrop for taking in his performance.

Festivities start Friday with an adult night game at the pavilion. Saturday features pumpkin painting, a psychic reading, food trucks and distillery trucks, and the evening closes with Rock Jester Band.

Each Saturday, the event takes place in Nissen Building #3. You can find it in that same spot every week.

The tenth annual Cruisin' brings music, food, and drinks to the White Springs Fire Department. DJ Storm provides the soundtrack, Dom’s Original serves the eats, and Firehouse Distillery pours the beverages. Additional vendors will be announced.

Meyer & McGuire bring live music to Timbercreek Tavern, a local Manchester bar where guests can pair the tunes with burgers, wings, fries and other bites, plus beer, wine and cocktails. The staff and patrons create a welcoming atmosphere for families and friends. There is no cover charge.

Lotus Land, The American Rush Tribute, channels the power and precision of the Canadian trio with a live show that captures their signature sound and stage setup. They have impressed capacity crowds at leading venues, and their audience continues to grow across the country and beyond. Tickets are available in person, by phone, or online. All sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges, and the venue does not resell tickets.

Set aside some quiet time for shared reading outdoors. Bring a favorite book, an e-reader, or an audiobook with headphones, and pack a lawn chair or picnic blanket for comfort. Participants will settle in around the library gazebo to read independently while taking in the sights and sounds along Main Street. Families are welcome, and light snacks will be available while supplies last. If the weather turns bad, the program will be canceled.

The Ontario County Chamber presents a Headshot Happy Hour at Sonnenberg Gardens & Mansion State Historic Park in Canandaigua. Gabrielle Plucknette Photography will be on site to photograph participants. Each attendee receives a 10 to 15 minute session with Brie, will have several headshots taken, and can choose one image for editing. Guests may arrive before their time slot or stay afterward to enjoy a glass of wine and connect with other participants. Space is limited to the first 12 registrants, with time slots selected during registration.

At Rio Tomatlan, an open mic invites area musicians to share original songs and familiar covers while guests enjoy Mexican entrees. Meyer & McGuire start the event with an opening set, then the stage is open to the participants. Food and beverages are available throughout. This recurring event takes place on the fourth Wednesday of each month.

DSP Shows presents an evening with Graham Nash at The Smith Opera House in Geneva, NY. The two-time Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, twice honored by the Songwriters Hall of Fame and a GRAMMY winner, offers a wide-ranging set drawing on six decades of music. He appears with Todd Caldwell on keyboards, Adam Minkoff on bass, drums, guitar and vocals, and Zack Djanikian on guitar, bass, drums and vocals. The performance explores his work with The Hollies, Crosby, Stills and Nash, the CSNY period, and his solo catalog. His songbook spans Hollies hits like On a Carousel and Carrie Anne, CSN pieces such as Marrakesh Express and Lady of the Island, CSNY classics Teach Your Children and Our House, and solo milestones from Songs for Beginners through Now. His collaborations with David Crosby are represented by songs like Southbound Train and Immigration Man.
