Casual pick-up softball for Pac-12 alumni and their guests takes place at Central Park’s North Meadow, Field 2. The format is relaxed and adjusts to the number of players who arrive. Teams are formed at the field and are mixed regularly to keep things balanced. All experience levels are welcome, women and men, and new participants are encouraged. Wearing something that represents your school is requested, and good sportsmanship is expected. An RSVP helps estimate attendance, though actual turnout may be higher than the posted count. If you do not have a glove, sharing is usually possible. Comfortable athletic clothing is recommended. Spectators are welcome, and there are often informal refreshments together after the game. The National Jewish Committee on Scouting is celebrating 100 years with a campout at Camp Aquehonga, TMR.
