The story follows Orfeo as his music seeks to sway Plutone to grant Euridice release from the underworld, with Nymphs and Shepherds witnessing the journey.

The experience is suitable for ages 5 and up, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The venue is ADA compliant. Seating is allocated on a first come, first served basis within each zone, so arriving early is recommended.

Hex West in Manhattan hosts a monthly HeroScape gathering, and this installment shifts into an official Alliance Wars tournament with a representative from Renegade, which currently publishes HeroScape, attending. Giveaways are planned, including premium plastic cards, pins, and other surprises. Extra promos are slated as well, such as new Taelord items, remaining Store Championship Aquilla and Einar order markers, and a small batch of new glyph promo packs. Each promo is limited to players who do not already own it. Competitors will field a 500 point army made from two generals working together. Each general must supply at least 175 points, with the rest allocated however a player prefers. At least one of the chosen generals must belong to an official Alliance Wars alliance, and the pair does not need to match a listed alliance. Winners may select which official alliance to represent, provided at least one general in the winning army is part of that alliance. The tournament will use Renegade Points. Proxies are permitted when they closely match the original figure’s size and shape so line of sight remains consistent, and players should confirm use with opponents beforehand. A spare army will likely be available to borrow. Entry is $17, with registration and payment available.

Step into a museum-wide scavenger hunt that blends a murder mystery with a social adventure inside the American Museum of Natural History. Participants search the exhibits for clues, work together to crack puzzles, and piece together what really happened, all while enjoying a lively, friendly atmosphere. Teams are formed on site for anyone arriving solo, and each group receives a clue sheet to guide the investigation. You will have 90 minutes to trace details from the day’s posts, gather answers throughout the halls, then head to a meeting spot to finalize your solution. While scores are tallied, food and drinks are available and the conversation continues. The story centers on Dino Dave, an enthusiastic regular at many meetups and an ardent museum fan who has rubbed some people the wrong way with his behavior. He checked in earlier, then never returned. Your mission is to follow the trail and determine what took place, with twists that may draw participants deeper into the plot. Solo attendees are welcome. Expect plenty of walking, so casual clothing and comfortable shoes are recommended. Teams typically receive a sheet with about 30 clues to solve inside the museum. Tickets cost $44, and the price may rise as space becomes limited. Admission to the museum and the scavenger hunt fee are included. Participants must be 21 or older.
