The 5K and 10K follow out-and-back routes along Harbor Road. The 5K stays largely flat, while the 10K includes a pair of climbs for added challenge.

A one day sports card and collectible show features more than 35 dealer tables and free admission. Attendees can browse, buy, sell, and trade with dealers from Vermont, New Hampshire, and New York. Offerings include modern and vintage sports cards for baseball, football, hockey, basketball, racing, and wrestling, along with non-sports cards, Magic the Gathering, Pokemon, sealed card boxes, PSA, Beckett, and SGC graded items, plus high quality autographed photos and memorabilia. By the warm glow of candles, this Halloween themed Candlelight concert fills the First Unitarian Universalist Society of Burlington with music performed by Listeso Music Group. The program includes Thriller by Michael Jackson, Gounod’s Funeral March of a Marionette, a movement from Shostakovich’s String Quartet No. 8, Mike Oldfield’s Tubular Bells (Theme from The Exorcist), the themes from Stranger Things, Beetlejuice, The Addams Family, Halloween, Psycho, and Ghostbusters, along with Danse Macabre by Camille Saint-Saëns, Night on Bald Mountain by Modest Mussorgsky, Schubert’s Der Erlkönig, a medley from The Nightmare Before Christmas by Danny Elfman, and Grieg’s In the Hall of the Mountain King. Halloween fun in Winooski extends to WFM with a spooky market atmosphere, Halloween-themed guest vendors, and festive activities. This is the last farmers market of the season and also part of the build up to the Rotary event.

Hosted by the North End Food Pantry, this monthly Clothing and Food Drive at the Odd Fellows Lodge focuses on gathering essentials for neighbors. Donations may include seasonal clothing for people of any age, size, or gender, as long as items are freshly washed and free of pet hair, stains, or tears. Unexpired, shelf-stable foods and personal care products are also appreciated. High-priority needs include diapers and wipes, menstrual care products with a preference for pads, toilet paper, canned beans, canned meat and fish, canned fruits and vegetables, soups, peanut butter, cereal, pasta, and rice. As an all-volunteer nonprofit, the pantry provides free food, personal care items, and clothing, and contributions help community members meet needs related to work, family, comfort, and dignity. Volunteers are being recruited to help sort clothing during the drive by opening donations, checking quality, and organizing items by type, gender, and age group. Hundreds of costumed participants take to the Burlington streets for a joyful, not-scary bike, walk, and roll. Two separate routes set out from City Hall Park, move through town, and finish at Old Spokes Home with pictures, music, and more. It is a chance to give a favorite costume extra mileage while celebrating community. Bring a water bottle, a rain jacket, and anything else needed for comfort since the weather can be unpredictable. Motor vehicles, including e-motos, are not permitted. People on bicycles, e-bikes, trikes, recumbents, walkers, strollers, and other rollers are welcome.
