Set within Saratoga Spa State Park, this welcoming, fully guided group meditation focuses on cultivating inner calm, quiet, and joy while supporting participants in realizing their highest potential. Newcomers are encouraged and no prior experience is required. Those who already meditate can enjoy the spirit of satsang by practicing with others to deepen their routine. The group meets inside the Roosevelt II Building, located across the lawn from the Roosevelt Baths and Spa entrance. Look for blue yard signs, then enter the building and turn right in the direction of the women’s restroom to find the space. Chairs are provided, and participants may bring a blanket, towel, or small pillow for extra support, or a mat and cushion for floor seating. Cost is $10, payable by Venmo or cash.

An annual signing at Impressions of Saratoga features artist Greg Montgomery and his 2026 Travers poster, Giving Thanks. The piece showcases Sovereignty with jockey Junior Alvarado up and reflects on a 2025 season in which Sovereignty, trained by Bill Mott for Godolphin, won the Kentucky Derby, the Belmont and the Travers. Expect a performance of about 2 hours and 15 minutes, plus a 10-minute intermission.

At Benson's Pet Center Saratoga/Ballston Ave, a nail trim bus will be positioned behind the store. Please do not park in the back. Form a line inside near the storage room, and the provider will come in to get you when it is your turn. This is the only stop where the line forms inside, and beepers are not used. Dogs that struggle with waiting in line or being around other dogs may prefer another location such as Wilton or Clifton Park. Keeping nails short helps prevent discomfort, and the service is backed by 25 years of experience. All dogs are welcome, and every effort is made to help each one. Pricing is $25 per dog, with an additional $10 for difficult dogs and $15 for large dogs if extra handling techniques are needed, which is rare. The bus will stay until all dogs are finished. The parking setup is unusual, but the process is organized.
