The caverns carry a deep past, once used by the Wyandotte people as a place of refuge, and guests are asked to be mindful and respectful of the land. hOm, based in Columbus, shapes an immersive experience that blends modern sound therapy, traditional healing practices, and musical composition. Multiple practitioners weave acoustic and electronic instruments with atmospheric layers to create a calm, enveloping soundscape that encourages deep listening, rest, and connection. Plan for an underground setting. You will walk down several flights of stairs and spend your time in the cave. It is noticeably cooler below ground, and the environment can be damp and muddy, including the area where the sound bath takes place, so dress warmly and wear clothing and footwear that can get dirty. Free parking is available in the gravel lot. After parking, enter through the building marked Cave Entrance, the small one on the right. Restrooms are located on the far side of the property, so it is best to use them upon arrival. A limited number of tarps will be provided for the ground. Please bring a mat and a headrest that you do not mind getting dirty, and feel free to bring a small tarp if you have one. Some seats are nestled in natural nooks along the cave walls. Capacity is limited.
