After the crafting, the parade sets out from the library, travels along Columbus Avenue, passes through the farmers market, turns onto Market Street, and concludes at The Emporium at Market Street.

The day starts at the Sandusky Library with a Halloween craft activity for kids, then the inaugural Little Witches Walk parade departs from the library. After the parade, a Fun Fest offers activities, treats, music, costumes, and plenty of community spirit. Costumes are encouraged for children, parents, grandparents, and magical characters of every kind for a playful stroll and a cheerful autumn gathering.

Phantom of the Pipes transforms the organ at Grace Episcopal Church in Sandusky into the heart of a Halloween themed program, featuring organ music with touches of mystery and playful seasonal fun. Admission is free. A free will offering will be received to benefit The Center and CASA.
