Sam King & The Suspects open the evening as part of the Projects Unlimited & Wyse Family Foundation Gem Series. This event is part of Tim Tye’s Midnight Sky Country/Americana Series. Guests can settle in on the lawn with chairs or blankets, enjoy local food trucks, and take in a summer night of music and community in downtown Dayton. All are welcome on the lawn.

The audition includes a brief meeting with artistic director Kathy Clark and a series of vocal exercises to assess voice quality, range, and overall aptitude. The upcoming season features the holiday program "Peace is the Word" and the Pride concert "I Want My DGMC: A Tribute to the Music Video Generation."
