The system is defensive and non linear, with strikes, kicks, and takedowns concealed within blocks, evasions, and positional changes. The emphasis is on efficiency, adaptability, and control, meeting force without colliding head on. There are no uniforms. Practice is done in everyday clothing to reflect real-world conditions and prioritize function over appearance. Students are encouraged to bring prior martial arts or movement experience so the curriculum can adapt to the individual. The result is a living, functional approach to Kung Fu that honors tradition while being tested in reality. Open to the whole community.
