ALIGNED returns to the Huron Eagles Club for a high-energy rock performance.

Ball & Chain returns to the patio at The Old Prague Restaurant and Bar for an outdoor party with live music and food available from the restaurant. The band provides the soundtrack for a patio gathering in an open air setting.

Karaoke takes center stage at Quaker Steak & Lube in Vermilion with JDJ Mobile Entertainment. Singers and supporters can enjoy a casual, social setting with plenty of music and food while the mic rotates from one performer to the next.

Instead of visiting the island this year, the plan features a scenic cruise along the coastal Ohio trail with a connecting southern segment. The drive begins at Lake Front Park in Huron, where restrooms are available before departure. Participants are asked to arrive with a full tank of gas. Brief breaks are planned in Milan, the birthplace of Thomas Edison, and at Marblehead Lighthouse. The route returns to Huron for a meal at the Huron Yacht Club. Lodging is available in town, including Rivers Edge Inn near the park and Yacht Club, though no rooms have been reserved, so attendees can choose their own accommodations if staying overnight. At The POP! Shop, a special Magic: The Gathering Commander Party themed around The Hobbit offers a relaxed way to put favorite Commander decks to the test with a playful, thematic twist. Enjoy social games featuring dice rolling and table politics in a friendly, casual setting. Whether local to Sandusky or visiting from across the bay in Port Clinton, participants can settle in for an afternoon of Commander with a Hobbit-inspired vibe.

An acoustic cover artist performs a wide-ranging set of songs from the 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s, and beyond. The playlist spans multiple decades and is presented in a stripped-back acoustic style.

The Skittle Bots bring a full evening celebrating the 90s to Barrel House Saloon, keeping the focus on that decade from start to finish.

Rayz on the Bay hosts an acoustic trio featuring Shannon Martin-Paul of Rumours, Bill Stadler formerly of Dead Ahead Ohio, and Brian c. Paul of Stone Tribute Pilots. The set covers favorites from the early 70s through the 2000s, from Stevie Nicks and the Grateful Dead to STP, classic rock, blues, and 90s hits, all performed acoustically.

Old Woman Creek Naturalists lead a series of themed hikes that highlight the reserve through focused outings. Topics include World Migratory Bird Day, Nocturnal Nature, Snake Spotting, Forest Fungi, and a Winter Boundary Hike. Choose a single session or experience several to see the reserve from different perspectives.

Presented by Huron County Parks in partnership with Central State University Extension, this free agricultural education session centers on cottage laws. It is well suited for home gardeners, small producers, and anyone looking to grow more of their own food while keeping conservation in mind. There is no fee and the program welcomes the community. Early registration is appreciated, but walk-ins are welcome. Families may attend, and children who can quietly occupy themselves are welcome to come along. This Wings Over Lake Erie fall birding series stop highlights the seasonal migration along the Lake Erie shoreline and across Erie County. Participants will explore a variety of parks and local birding hotspots in search of migratory species. All experience levels are welcome. A limited number of loaner binoculars will be available on a first come, first served basis. The gathering point is the Community Foundation Preserve at Eagle Point.

Enjoy a story and songs about fall with Miss Cheryl, followed by a short walk. Designed for children ages 0 to 3. Walk-ups are welcome, and no registration is required. This program takes place at the Roger Johnson Nature Center.

Silent Watch at VFW Post 2743 in Norwalk is a solemn observance that brings attention to the often unspoken challenges many veterans face, including PTSD, mental health struggles, and veteran suicide. Participants maintain a quiet, standing watch to reflect the silence that can surround pain that is hard to voice. The purpose is to encourage open conversation, break the silence, and strengthen support for those who have served.

Settle into a calming vibrational sound bath with John, who cultivates a soothing environment to help restore energy and support meridian alignment. Blankets, a mat, and a bolster will be provided, and attendees are welcome to bring their own. The session takes place at YOUnique Wellness Center.

At Garage Bar & Grill in Vermilion, music bingo replaces numbers with familiar songs from a mix of genres. Players listen for the tunes, mark their cards, and compete for prizes in every round while enjoying food and drinks. Participation is free.
