Now in its 29th year, this weekly Saturday morning market gathers more than a hundred local farmers, ranchers, food producers, chefs, and artisans. As part of the Rose District Farmers Market’s weekly live music series, the spotlight turns to Clayton Ussery, an acoustic singer and songwriter originally from Louisiana who has called Broken Arrow home since 2004. Performing since 1996, he brings an eclectic mix of covers that ranges from the Beatles and Tom Petty to current popular hits. Many locals may recognize him from appearances at Broken Arrow Brewing Company, where he is often accompanied by guitarist Roxi Reese. Cabin Boys Brewery hosts an Irish Hooleys performance featuring Socks in the Frying Pan. A happy hour is planned before the music begins. Admission is $20 and capacity is limited to 150 tickets. Peggy Flavors, a Venezuelan food truck, will be at the venue serving empanadas, arepas, and tequenos.
