The Get Down is a guided dance session with Stephanie that centers on music that moves you. As soon as you arrive the sound is already flowing, offering a moment to settle before the playlist arcs through bursts of energy, a sense of release, playful movement, gentle softness, and a grounded return. There is no set choreography and no single correct way to move. Follow what feels right, whether that means dancing full out, stretching, breaking a sweat, shaking, singing along, resting, staying close to the floor, or simply being still. The room is held as a focused and respectful space. Phones and cameras stay put, conversations pause, and street shoes are kept off the dance floor. Consent guides any partner interaction, with a clear yes needed before approaching someone and immediate respect for any no. Everyone is welcome, with no prior experience required. Comfortable clothing and water are recommended. Capacity is limited to 20 people. Pricing is community supported, allowing each person to choose the rate that fits, with the same experience offered at every level.
