Practice Night at Oregon Disc Golf

The training centers on Slingshot Perform Academy drills and includes between three and six stations dedicated to specific skills, along with optional workout areas that focus on building strength and refining form. All experience levels are encouraged to take part, from newcomers to advanced players. The day fee is $5, and Oregon Disc Golf Course and Profrom Academy members can attend for free. Expect focused work on form, distance, and accuracy in a friendly, organized group setting. Participants should bring their discs.
