At Crystal Ballroom, The Growlers return to the stage following a six year break from touring, launching their first world tour since 2019 with stops across Australia, the UK, Europe, and North America. Their sound blends surf, psych, and garage with a distinctly California quirk, guided by founder Brooks Nielsen, whose unmistakable voice and skewed pop instincts helped the band grow from dive bar outsiders to a devoted cult favorite. Jim Page is a political, heartfelt, and gritty singer and songwriter with 24 albums and a far-reaching body of work. In 1974 he played a key role in making street performance legal again in Seattle after many years of prohibition. His touring history stretches across 13 countries, among them the United States, Canada, Ireland, the United Kingdom, much of northern Europe, and Taiwan. Seattle Metropolitan Magazine has counted him among the 50 most influential musicians in the city’s history. His songs have been interpreted by artists such as The Doobie Brothers, Christy Moore, Dick Gaughan, Michael Hedges, and Roy Bailey. Folk icon Utah Phillips praised him as the messenger who can deliver the message.

Gadan brings a vibrant mix of Irish traditional music and bluegrass with the heart of Celtic and Appalachian roots, all colored by a distinctive Italian flair. The group was launched by Lorenzo Testa and Jacopo Ventura, respected Italian musicians active in the Irish and European folk scenes, then gained a modern edge with the addition of young fiddle virtuoso Joan Gatti. In 2024 the lineup broadened internationally with Enda Scahill, an internationally recognized tenor banjo player and founder of We Banjo 3, and Eric Long, an Appalachian songwriter, singer, and clawhammer banjoist from San Francisco. With three lively banjos joined by fiddle, mandolin, and guitar, Gadan crafts a powerful all-strings sound that connects Irish tradition with contemporary roots. On stage, precision, groove, and storytelling take center focus, proving that drums are not required to get a crowd moving.

Enjoy a lively Latin dance night featuring a combo class led by dance instructor and DJ Marco Martinez, followed by a social he curates. The lesson blends Bachata and Salsa variations, then the party continues with a vibrant mix of Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, ChaCha, and Cumbia. The lesson is $18 or available with a class card and includes entry to the social. The social is $10 when purchased on its own, or free with the lesson. Expect a warm atmosphere centered on music, movement, and community.

Designed for those seeking ritual and shared sacred space, this gathering centers the Mother archetype... the one who nourishes, holds, creates, and remembers. A small circle comes together around fire and song, with the option to move between sauna and cold water as part of the ritual. Inside the sauna there is guided self-massage to soften and open the body’s tissues, followed by embodied toning to awaken and prepare the voice. From there the group practices simple call and response songs, with pauses for reflection and sharing. No prior singing experience is needed. The focus is authenticity rather than performance. Participants are encouraged to arrive as they are and explore song, reflection, and embodied tools that support genuine expression. The intention is to remember the body and voice as vessels for care, connection, and creation, and to tend the inner Mother through shared sound. Attendance is limited to twelve women and the cost is $25 per person. The circle welcomes anyone who identifies with the Mother archetype in any way, including mothers of living or nonliving children and mothers of nonhuman beings. Early arrival is encouraged to enjoy the sauna and the cold plunge before the space closes to the public and the circle begins. Please plan to enter the sauna clean, dry, and free of oils and lotions to support self-massage. A robe, two towels, and sandals are recommended. While the gathering is guided, personal choice is honored at all times.
