A small circle comes together around fire and song, with the option to move between sauna and cold water as part of the ritual. Inside the sauna there is guided self-massage to soften and open the body’s tissues, followed by embodied toning to awaken and prepare the voice. From there the group practices simple call and response songs, with pauses for reflection and sharing. No prior singing experience is needed. The focus is authenticity rather than performance. Participants are encouraged to arrive as they are and explore song, reflection, and embodied tools that support genuine expression. The intention is to remember the body and voice as vessels for care, connection, and creation, and to tend the inner Mother through shared sound.
