This zombie-themed 5K run and walk in Roseburg, Oregon benefits the Roseburg Optimist Club. Participants navigate a course with zombies who try to grab the flag worn on one side of the waist, similar to flag football, with the flag representing each runner’s health while speed, endurance, and strength are put to the test.
