Events in Roseburg today

Parks & Recreation offers older adults an outdoor opportunity to socialize while working on flexibility, mobility, and balance. Each session starts with gentle stretching, then continues with exercise using resistance bands and walking. All equipment is provided. Please bring water and wear comfortable clothing with good walking shoes or sneakers. No pre-registration or long-term commitment is needed, and participants can drop in when it works for them. The group meets in Fir Grove Park near the Umpqua Valley Arts Center. Please arrive a little early to sign in and get ready. The cost is $2.00 per class, cash only.
